Refunds

Draft, lawyer review pending.

A pass that has never loaded data can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We refund in the same coin, at the US dollar value of your original payment.

Once a pass has loaded data, meaning it has shown floors on any page, it cannot be refunded.

If a payment went through and no pass appeared, write to hello@minkarma.com with the NOWPayments order id from your receipt and we will issue the pass by hand.
